Engraved and personalized products may not be returned once the product has been custom engraved or personalized with text and logo of your choosing. The only exception is if we mis-engrave text or logos provided as signed off on the proof. In such scenario, we will re-engrave on a new product of same item (or similar item if original item is no longer available) at our expense in order to correct such an error. Any such errors must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receiving the order.
Products that are not personalized or engraved may be returned for a full refund within 15 days less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges so long as the product is returned in new condition with all original packaging. If you need to return an item you will need to contact us to receive a return merchandise authorization. Products returned without a RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused and the shipper will return the package to you.
